Cookie Policy
Last Updated: May 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how J0 from Corp ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our websites, platforms, and services, including jofrom.io, app.jofrom.io, demo.jofrom.io, and all related subdomains. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy (jofrom.io/privacy) and Terms of Service (jofrom.io/terms).
2. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) by websites you visit. They are stored by your browser and allow websites to recognize your device, maintain session state, remember preferences, and collect information about how you interact with the site.
Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting ("first-party cookies") or by third parties whose services are embedded in the page ("third-party cookies"). Cookies may persist for different durations:
- Session cookies: temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser. These are used to maintain your session state as you navigate between pages.
- Persistent cookies: cookies that remain on your device for a defined period or until manually deleted. These are used to remember preferences and recognize returning visitors.
3. Similar Technologies
In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies to collect and store information:
- Local storage and session storage: browser-based storage mechanisms that function similarly to cookies but can hold larger amounts of data. Local storage persists until explicitly cleared. Session storage is cleared when the browser tab is closed.
- Pixels and web beacons: small transparent image files embedded in web pages or emails that allow us to record when a page or email has been accessed and collect basic usage data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp.
- Server logs: our servers automatically record information generated by your interactions with the Services, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.
References to "cookies" throughout this policy include these similar technologies unless otherwise specified.
4. Categories Of Cookies We Use
4.1 Essential Cookies (Strictly Necessary)
These cookies are required for the operation of the Platform and cannot be disabled without impairing core functionality. They enable:
- User authentication and secure login sessions across app.jofrom.io and related platform subdomains
- Session management and state persistence as you navigate between pages
- Security functions including CSRF protection, fraud prevention, and bot detection
- Load balancing and server routing to maintain platform performance and availability
- Cookie consent preference storage
Essential cookies are first-party, session or short-duration persistent cookies. Because they are strictly necessary, they are placed without requiring consent under applicable law.
4.2 Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our websites and Platform so we can measure performance and improve the user experience. They collect information including:
- Pages visited, features accessed, and navigation paths
- Time spent on pages and session duration
- Referral sources, search terms, and entry/exit pages
- Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
- Approximate geographic location derived from IP address
- Error occurrences and platform performance metrics
We use Google Analytics and may use additional analytics services. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage data, which is processed and stored by Google. Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics is governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. We configure Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses where technically supported.
Analytics cookies are set as both first-party and third-party cookies. Persistent analytics cookies expire after a maximum of 24 months.
4.3 Preference Cookies (Functional)
These cookies allow the Platform to remember choices you make and provide enhanced, personalized features. They enable:
- Remembering language, region, or display settings
- Retaining dashboard configurations and layout preferences
- Storing form field entries to reduce repetitive data entry during active sessions
Preference cookies are first-party cookies. Persistent preference cookies expire after a maximum of 12 months.
5. Cookies We Do Not Use
J0 from Corp does not use:
- Advertising or targeting cookies
- Cross-site tracking cookies for behavioral advertising
- Third-party cookies for the purpose of building advertising profiles or selling data to advertisers
- Social media tracking pixels (we do not embed social media widgets that place third-party tracking cookies)
We do not sell, rent, or share cookie data with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Third-Party Cookies
Where third-party cookies are placed through our Services (such as Google Analytics), those third parties operate under their own cookie and privacy policies. We do not control the cookies set by third parties. The third-party services currently active on our sites include:
- Google Analytics (analytics.google.com) for website and platform usage analysis unless rejected or turned off in settings
- Apollo.io website tracker for business website analytics and lead-source attribution unless rejected or turned off in settings
- Google Cloud Platform services for infrastructure, hosting, and performance monitoring
We review third-party cookie usage periodically and update this list as services change. If additional third-party services are integrated, this policy will be updated accordingly.
7. Your Choices And Controls
7.1 First-Visit Consent Banner
When you first visit our website, you can choose Accept all, Reject all, or Settings. Analytics starts by default so we can understand site performance unless you reject all or turn analytics off in settings. Accept all keeps analytics and preference storage on. Reject all keeps only strictly necessary storage. Settings lets you choose analytics and preference categories separately.
We store your cookie choice in local storage so the site can remember it.
7.2 Browser Settings
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, block, and delete cookies through their settings. The process varies by browser. Common browser documentation for cookie management:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies
7.3 Impact Of Disabling Cookies
- Disabling essential cookies will impair core Platform functionality including authentication, session management, and security features. You may be unable to log in or access protected areas of the Platform.
- Disabling analytics cookies will prevent us from collecting usage data about your visit but will not affect Platform functionality.
- Disabling preference cookies may result in a less personalized experience and may require you to re-enter settings on each visit.
7.4 Opt-Out Of Analytics
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
7.5 Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry-wide standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. J0 from Corp does not currently alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals. If a uniform standard is adopted, we will reassess this position.
8. Data Collected Through Cookies
Information collected through cookies is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (jofrom.io/privacy). Cookie data may be combined with other information we collect about you to the extent described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie data is stored on secure servers hosted in the United States through Google Cloud Platform and is subject to the same security measures described in the Privacy Policy.
Retention of cookie data varies by category:
- Essential cookie data: retained for the duration of your session or up to 24 hours for persistent security cookies
- Analytics cookie data: retained in identifiable form for up to 26 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted
- Preference cookie data: retained for up to 12 months or until you clear your browser data
9. Consent
You may reject or withdraw optional analytics and preference storage by adjusting your browser settings or using the opt-out mechanisms described in Section 7.
Essential cookies are placed without consent as they are strictly necessary for the provision of the Services you have requested.
10. Updates To This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use, the technologies employed, or applicable legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will post the revised policy at jofrom.io/cookies with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
