  • Usage data: pages visited, features accessed, clickstream data, search queries within the platform, time spent on pages, navigation paths, and interaction patterns

  • Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis

  • Incident response procedures for identifying, containing, and remediating security events
  • Employee security training and confidentiality obligations
